NoMI Flag Football League was created to give young athletes a safe, fun, and organized way to experience football. Whether your athlete is stepping onto the field for the first time or already loves the game, our league focuses on skill development, teamwork, and confidence — without the tackling.

As an official NFL FLAG affiliate, we follow nationally recognized rules and safety standards while building a positive, local football community right here in Northern Michigan.​

Age Divisions

Rookie Division (Ages 4–6)
Introduction to football fundamentals through fun, fast-paced gameplay.

Junior Division (Ages 7–9)
Skill development, basic strategy, and learning the flow of the game.

Elite Division (Ages 10–13)
Advanced concepts, competitive play, and teamwork emphasis.

Varsity Division (Ages 14–17)
