Age Divisions
Ages 4–6: Introduction Division
A fun, beginner-friendly level focused on learning the basics—running, pulling flags, and understanding simple plays. Games move at a relaxed pace, with lots of coach support and encouragement.
Ages 7–9: Development Division
Players begin to expand their skills with structured plays, improved teamwork, and a bit more strategy. Competition is light but energetic, making it a great step between learning and competing.
Ages 10–12: Competitive Division
Gameplay becomes faster and more strategic as players develop strong fundamentals. Teams run more advanced plays, and athletes experience a balanced mix of competition and fun.
Ages 13–17: Advanced Division
A high-energy, competitive level designed for older athletes ready for faster gameplay, deeper strategy, and strong teamwork. This division prepares players for school programs while keeping the focus on sportsmanship and fun.

Our goal is to create the premier youth flag football experience in Northern Michigan—one that combines high-quality organization, engaging gameplay, and a welcoming community for every family involved. We aim to expand access to the sport, introduce players to the fundamentals of football in a safe and enjoyable way, and build a league that local athletes are proud to be part of year after year.
