Our FREE Flag Football Skills Clinics are designed to help athletes build confidence and learn the fundamentals of the game in a fun, supportive environment. With no offensive line in flag football, speed and agility are key—so this clinic focuses on movement, quickness, and smart play. Participants will learn basic football terminology, throwing and catching, proper handoff technique, flag pulling, agility drills, and an introduction to the rules. This is a perfect opportunity for beginners or first-time players to get comfortable, have fun, and get ready for the upcoming season.
